Muffin Break Bankstown
Store Management Position
Muffin Break Bankstown has a fantastic opportunity for a new, self-motivated Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales.
Previous experience in all aspects of retail food or hospitality operations is an advantage, including Managing KPIs, Rostering, Sales building, Stock control, Staff recruitment, selection, and training, Understanding the importance of meeting sales targets and operational deadlines and basic computer skills will be necessary.
This is a full time position with some weekend work required.

Muffin Break Operations Consultant - Service and Product Merchandising

Foodco Group is an Australian and New Zealand franchise company which consists of over 260 retail outlets trading through Muffin Break specialty bakeries, Jamaica Blue fine coffee cafes and Dreamy Donuts stores.
Position Description
We require an energetic and customer-focused person to join our expanding team of operations consultants. You will play an integral role in developing our franchisees and their businesses.
Your primary focus will be on the Service and Product Merchandising standards of Muffin Break stores throughout Queensland. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with franchisees and staff to ensure the product and merchandising of our cabinets is of a high standard. One of your key responsibilities will be to lift the service standards in our stores.
Experience and Skills
Ideally you will have strong communication skills and are capable of working in a demanding and competitive environment. You are self-motivated and flexible with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
You must have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of retail food or hospitality operations including financial analysis, marketing and training. Education in business studies or hospitality management would be an advantage but is not essential. A minimum of three years experience in a management role is essential.
Training and Salary Package
We offer extensive 8 week training in Foodco systems. Salary package is $65K (this includes a phone, laptop and car allowance).

Muffin Break Mt Ommaney
Muffin Break Mt Ommaney is looking for a part-time Baker to join its team.
Your role will be to bake fresh every morning our mouthwatering muffins. Shifts start early, usually from 6.00am.
